Cottsway wanted tenants to report repairs, make payments and send messages themselves without having to phone in. The difficult part of the project was connecting everything to Civica Cx, their housing management system, and to allpay for payments without disrupting either.
We built it on our TenantWise platform as an iOS and Android app with a matching web portal. Digital adoption rose substantially compared with the system tenants had used before.

Working with the systems you already have
Most organisations that come to us already run a housing management system, a finance platform or a CRM, none of which was designed with a phone app in mind. Building the app itself is seldom the hard part, and most of the effort goes into getting it to exchange data reliably with the software you already use.
At Cottsway those were Civica Cx and allpay. We see the same situation often, with a system of record that works and that nobody wants to replace but which needs something modern sitting on top of it. We’ll integrate with what you have wherever we can, and if the existing system is the real problem we’ll tell you.

Anywhere in Oxfordshire, yes. Discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions work better in a room, so we hold those at your offices and run day-to-day delivery over video calls and shared tools.
